Hi, I’m Matt, a BACP-registered counsellor with over 700 hours of experience supporting clients just like you. My approach is integrative, meaning I draw on techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to ensure our sessions suit your individual needs.
I specialise in working with anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges, offering a warm and understanding space where you can feel heard and supported. Life’s struggles can feel overwhelming at times, but together we can explore what’s going on for you and work towards making the changes you’d like to see in your life.

- My approach blends Person-Centred Therapy, Humanistic principles, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques. Together, we’ll create a personalised plan that works for you.
