I am an experienced registered psychotherapist and coach, working with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, grief, stress and depression. I work with clients in a collaborative, empathetic way to explore their feelings in a confidential space. I provide a supportive environment where you can gain personal insights and an understanding of yourself that enables you to move forwards in a way that feels right for you. I work flexibly and adapt the work for each client, depending on what you wish to explore and how many sessions you require.Practice description
I am qualified to masters level as an Integrated Psychotherapist. In practice this means I work from a relational, person centered perspective, creating a non-judgmental space for you to bring your whole self and express yourself openly.
