About me and my therapy practice
As a BACP registered counsellor with an integrative, humanistic, and psychodynamic approach, I assist you in understanding the connections between your past experiences and their impact on your present life. I’ll guide you in exploring your emotions at your own pace, while also gently challenging you to identify hidden patterns and blind spots. Through this process, you’ll gain the awareness needed to create meaningful changes and support your personal growth.
Having a background in mental health charities and community mental health environments, I've had the wonderful opportunity to connect with individuals from various walks of life. I have worked within the diverse group of people with wide ranging issues some of which include anxiety, depression, family problems, attachment, trauma, all types of abuse, anger, struggles with.

I'm aware that contending with life's challenges can be tough at times. With courage, respect, openness & humility I commit towards assisting your self-discovery. By understanding our attachment patterns & exploring inner/outer conflicts we can move towards authentic expression & ways of living. I strive to help you make the most out of the life you have.
I specialise in Anxiety, Childhood and Adult Trauma, Attachment, Relationship Issues and Depression. I am an experienced psychotherapist and believe in working with the whole person both past, present and future to help identify your emotional needs. I work from a humanistic core, which means that I keep you at the centre of our work. However, I do not believe that therapy is a one-size-fits-all process so that is why I have diverse tools to use when working with you.
My first session
Our first session focuses on understanding your situation and what you hope to achieve through counseling. We’ll begin with an initial assessment to identify key areas of focus and set meaningful goals. Together, we’ll create a tailored plan to guide our future sessions, ensuring our work is aligned with your needs.
To help you feel comfortable, I offer a 20-minute complimentary Zoom or phone consultation before our first full session. This allows us to explore how we might work together and gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
