About me and my therapy practice

Hi, I’m Natalie, a fully qualified integrative therapist based in Reading, Berkshire. I work with adults, young people, and children to support mental and emotional well-being.

Life can be overwhelming at times, and it’s completely normal to need some guidance to feel better. That’s where counselling comes in – it’s a space where you can talk freely, explore your thoughts, and find your way back to happiness.

I’m passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where you feel supported and understood. Together, we’ll work through whatever challenges you’re facing right now, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

With a background in coaching and mentoring, along with my experience as a counsellor in schools, agencies, and private practice, I’m here to help you reconnect with your inner strength and move towards the life you want.

When you're ready to take that step, I’m here to listen.

Practice description

When we work together, our sessions will be tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to help you understand and overcome the challenges in your life right now.

Although we’ll focus on what’s happening in the present, we might also gently explore past experiences that are influencing how you feel and act today. I believe you already have the answers within you, and I’ll guide you in reconnecting with your inner wisdom.

Our work will always be at your pace – there’s no rush, no judgment, just a space for you to grow. Along the way, you’ll gain new insights into yourself, understand your relationships better, and set healthy boundaries.

This process will help you feel more grounded, confident, and free to live life the way you truly want.

My first session

Taking the first step to seek support can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve often felt like you don’t quite fit in or haven’t always been fully understood. I know from my own experience how challenging it can be to ask for help. Whether you're ready to move forward or are still thinking it over, I will respect your pace and the path you're on. When you feel ready, you're welcome to reach out to arrange a meeting.

During our initial session, we’ll talk about your background and experiences, which will help us both decide if we’re a good fit. If I feel I’m not the right person to help, I’ll gladly assist you in finding a professional who is better suited to your needs.
