I offer a free 20-minute consultation, usually over the phone, so we can get to know each other and see if I’m the right fit for you.
We’ll have a relaxed chat about what you’re looking for in therapy, and I’ll answer any questions you have.

During our initial session, we’ll talk about your background and experiences, which will help us both decide if we’re a good fit. If I feel I’m not the right person to help, I’ll gladly assist you in finding a professional who is better suited to your needs.
