About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I'm Kate and I'm a qualified integrative counsellor and psychotherapist working with teenagers, young people and parents to overcome trauma, PTSD, anxiety and low self-esteem, as well as challenges faced by those with Autism and ADHD. I provide a safe, calm and supportive space to allow you or your child to work on what is causing difficulties and find a way forward.
Practice description
I work with teenagers, young people and parents, providing therapy online via platforms such as Zoom or WhatsApp and on the telephone.
My work and training with a charity based in Reading has allowed me to support clients with a wide range of challenges, including childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, parental difficulties, trauma, bereavement, bullying, issues at school, college, university or work, Autism, ADHD and long-term health issues.
I have worked with clients over both the short and long term time and we will adapt the number of sessions to suit your needs, with regular reviews along the way.
Qualifications
CPCAB Level 5 Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People
CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling

I offer a free initial 15 minute telephone or an online call to enable us to explore what your needs are, what you desire from therapy and whether I am the best therapist for you.
