I currently work Monday - Thursday with sessions available from early morning and throughout the day and evening.About me and my therapy practice
Hello, my name is Natasha and working from a person centred, humanistic perspective I help all generations of adults who wish to understand and confront issues, build confidence and resilience and find a way forward in life.
Sometimes in life we can become stuck or need to work through issues in order to maximize our full potential
As a therapist my ethos is to help enable you on a journey of self discovery within an empathic and compassionate setting. Therapy can help you gain an improved understanding and recognition of self, identity, problems, patterns and life events. Having this fresh perspective can then offer you insight into how to work with issues, build strength and self esteem.
I am a fully qualified therapeutic counsellor and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). This ensures clients are in safe hands as I adhere to the BACP's code of conduct and ethical framework.
Counselling can be provided:
In person
Online
Telephone
In your own home
Depending on your preferences therapy can be provided on a short or long term basis.
As well as working in private practice I work for 2 local charitable organisations providing counselling on a variety of issues on a long term basis.
Practice description
My practice has 2 face to face locations which perfectly serve Horsham, Crawley and Dorking and the surrounding rural areas.
I offer a peaceful rural location equidistant to Rusper, Newdigate and Charlwood, or you can choose to have sessions with me at a dedicated therapy centre in Horsham, close to the train station. Both locations provide a comfortable, safe setting and free parking.
Online and telephone sessions are also available and should clients find leaving their home challenging, I can also offer home visits. I hold an enhanced DBS certificate.
My first session
I provide a free initial telephone or online consultation to take some simple details and understand why you are considering therapy. This call enables clients to ask questions and and if you feel comfortable we then agree a mutually convenient date for the first session.
The first session continues to explore and confirm the reasons for therapy and is charged at the normal rate of £50.
Ongoing sessions are charged at £50 for 50 minutes.
