• Self esteem
• Loss, grief and bereavement
• Loneliness and isolation
• Exploring LGBTQ+ identity

My Qualifications:
• Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP Accredited)
• COSCA Certificate in Counselling Skills
I have completed CPD courses on topics such as Suicide and Self Harm, Neurodiversity, Chronic Pain, Shame and Childhood Sexual Abuse.
I have a background in academia as a Researcher and Project Manager in Stakeholder Engagement and I am also a trained Facilitator.

Please do get in touch with me if you have any questions.
Practice description
I have availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, at various times during the day, at St Margaret's House, 151 London Road, Edinburgh.
I am a Registered Member of BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and PVG (Protection of Vulnerable Groups).
My first session
I offer a free 15-minute phone or online session for us to have a chat and see if we would like to work together.
Each counselling session is 50 minutes long. The first session is an opportunity for you to let me know what has brought you to therapy and what you would like to gain from these sessions. We can explore how best to help you move forward.
As a Person-Centred Therapist I believe that the expert in your life is you and my role is to help you to facilitate your own change and growth.
The therapy may be long or short term- that is something for us to work out together based on your needs.
