About me and my therapy practice
One of the main things that motivates me in my counselling work is the unique opportunity that my role allows me in encouraging you in the good times and bad times you share. I aim to create a caring, collaborative environment which allows you the opportunity to develop your understanding of yourself and embrace change. In your first session with me I will give you the chance to share your story in your own words as well as ask you some questions, in order to decide whether working together is the right choice for you. My practice is 5 minutes walk from two main south Liverpool bus routes (82, 80), and 10 minutes walk from two train stations (Cressington and West Allerton). There is space for car parking. I qualified as a counsellor in 2009 and achieved BACP Accreditation in 2013.
