I understand that life can be demanding, with various commitments pulling us in different directions. That's why I've structured my counselling practice to be as accommodating as possible around my own commitments.

Beyond my counselling practice and volunteer work in Wiltshire, I'm also involved in part time employment which brings me to the lovely landscapes of Dorset on a weekly basis.

Your well-being is my top priority, and I'm committed to finding the right time for us to connect and work together, even if it means a bit of creative scheduling.

Please feel free to reach out if you would like to discuss availability, and we can explore options that align with both of our schedules.

About me and my therapy practice

Hello, I'm Suzanne, a qualified Humanistic Integrative Counsellor and my Counselling Practice is Heartful Butterfly Therapy, Compassionate Counselling for Wellness.

My focus lies in the realm of Psycho-Spiritual counselling, creating a blend between mind, body, and spirit.

You will be in a safe and non-judgmental space to be heard, valued, and supported.

I believe that each individual's healing journey is completely unique and what sets my approach apart is my commitment to individuality.

Whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, or personal growth, I am committed to creating a nurturing, safe and non-judgmental space for exploration and healing.

My role as a counsellor, isn’t to advise or give opinions, it’s to offer you some dedicated time to be truly heard and understood, and there are no expectations for you to talk about anything you're not comfortable with.

You may wish to focus exclusively on the present moment and your current life circumstances.

You might favour being truly heard around circumstances you’ve experienced in your recent past, or throughout your life.

The direction of our counselling sessions will be guided by you, and centered around what feels right for you at this time.

Practice description

You have the freedom to choose the counselling environment that suits you best.

If it's the convenience of online sessions, or speaking over the telephone, I can facilitate this no matter where you are within the UK.

If you would prefer the tranquility of face-to-face meetings in a natural setting, or the comfort of a public space like a local cafe or park, I can accommodate these options if you are based within Wiltshire or Dorset.

I am also now happy to be able to offer face-to-face sessions in local therapy rooms within both Wiltshire and Dorset, to offer a safe and private indoor space for our time together if this is preferred.

My aim as a Counsellor is to provide you with a trusted space, enabling you to feel comfortable and empowered to grow and expand with your inner support system, emerging as a stronger and more resilient version of yourself.

Your well-being is at the heart of everything I do, and I am here to support you every step of the way.

My first session

I offer an Initial 30-minute assessment telephone call or online meeting free of charge, so that you can determine if you feel comfortable talking with me, or to meet in person.

This experience must be right for you, and if you don’t feel I'm quite the right fit, remember that counselling is an individual and personal experience. Take your time to find the Counsellor who resonates with you, much like connecting with people in all other aspects of life.
