Hello, my name is John, and I’m a Psychotherapist, Counsellor and Coach. At the moment I work remotely so all sessions with me would be online. My approach to therapy is warm, active, and engaged—I’m not the kind of therapist who simply sits silently and nods. I believe the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of effective therapy. Feeling comfortable and safe with your therapist is key to being open and getting the most out of the process.
