About me and my therapy practice

Maybe you are seeking therapy for a specific difficulty you want help with, or you may be experiencing a generalised feeling of unhappiness or distress. Whatever is troubling you, talking to someone impartial can provide an enormous relief.

I am a qualified psychodynamic counsellor. In addition to my private practice, I work as a staff counsellor for a charity and a private therapy group in North London.

My approach is warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental. I always work sensitively and gently at the pace set by the client.

My first session

To help you decide if the support I provide is right for you, I offer an initial session where we will explore your reasons for seeking help and whether what I offer is appropriate for you. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions.
