Practice description
I have experience helping individuals from diverse backgrounds and various age groups, so no matter what challenges you're facing, I'm here to lend a listening ear and offer guidance. I believe in a holistic trauma informed approach, combining therapeutic techniques such as person-centred therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practices. I also love working creatively and using it to express ourselves, and being outside through Walk & Talk therapy. By tailoring our sessions to your needs, we'll uncover new insights and empower you to make positive changes.
