About me and my therapy practice
I integrative counsellor who will listen to you and accept you. I am genuine, empathic, non judgemental and considerate.
I will aim to help you achieve your goals for attending counselling or to address issues which are problematic. Often we can feel like we are struggling or are ‘stuck’ and life can be tough. Contact me as I would love to help you.
Practice description
I work face to face and online.
I work as an integrative counsellor, using psychodynamic, person centred and CBT, allows me to work flexibly in a way which is unique to your needs.
I offer a free telephone chat, so do call or email me.
My first session
First session will be about your reason for attending counselling and what you want to achieve from our sessions together.
I usually make an assessment, which provides some information and background to assist our sessions.
It’s easy and not at all complicated. I work holistically so I will be interested in your general health and lifestyle also.

About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative psychotherapist which means that I use a variety of counselling modalities to help you achieve your goals for counselling. This allows me to work uniquely with each client in a very flexible and adaptable way. I use a combination of Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Personal Centred and Psychodynamic counselling modalities.
