My approach to therapy is rooted in 'Feel, Deal, Heal.' We'll begin by creating a safe and supportive space for you to explore your emotions, without judgment. Together, we'll process even the difficult feelings, helping you understand their root causes. By gaining this understanding, you'll be empowered to develop healthy coping mechanisms and move forward on your healing journey.

By stepping outside of our usual story, these techniques can help us tap into the unconscious beliefs we hold. You don’t need to be particularly creative or an artist. The creative interventions are about your process, not the end result.

Walk and Talk Therapy

Traditional therapy settings aren't for everyone. If you find nature calming or enjoy being active, we can explore the option of walk-and-talk therapy. It allows you to explore your thoughts and emotions while engaging in physical activity outdoors. This can be a refreshing alternative and might help you connect with yourself on a deeper level.
