I have over 10 years experience working with neurodiversity
I will tailor what I deliver and offer based on your individual needs. I may use CBT, DBT or ACT, it’s entirely dependent and adapted to your needs whilst having a person-centred humanistic approach at my core.
Everyone is capable of growth, given the right conditions and my aim is to provide those conditions.
On occasions I may offer a therapeutic tool that could be of use, based on what is brought to the sessions, I can provide the tools, it’s up to you how to use them.

I have:
- full BA(hons) degree in counselling at a 2:1
- Fda in counselling Children and young people
- trained in trauma treatment.
- Over 10 years experience working with neurodiverse clients.
Throughout life’s journey I have developed a spiritual and open-minded view on the world and its inhabitance, there’s a side to every coin. Life is precious in all its forms. I found my purpose in life by helping others, I am a passionate helper and persistently seek way’s in trying to support others in having a fulfilling life.
I am a passionate and proud rocker/biker and counsellor. I try to instil within my demeanour it’s okay to be different, wonderful even, be who you want to be, regardless of age, faith, gender or sexuality.
