About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I am Priscilla, a BACP qualified integrative counsellor. I believe each person has their own unique experience and feelings. Hence, I draw on different techniques and theories in my practice depending on your needs.
Practice description
I offer a confidential and non-judgemental space for you to bring in your experience at your own pace. In each session, I will be there to listen and understand your experience. I will give you space to explore your own feelings and concerns. We might talk about your past relationships and how they shape you as a person, your current experience and struggles and your hope. Through our explorations together, revelations and newfound clarity may emerge, which may empower you live more freer and more fulfilling life.
I have worked in charity sectors in both Hong Kong and the UK. I have experience supporting people coming from vulnerable background, such as refugees, asylum seekers, elderly people, women in prison, domestic violence survivors, Young people on the autism spectrum, and more.
I offer online sessions via google meet or zoom and in-person sessions in Fulham. Please contact me for more information.
My first session
First session will allow us to get to know each other before we commit to long-term work. During the session, I will ask you some background questions and the reason you come to counselling. You can also ask me questions about my working approach and we can see if we are good fit to work together.
