About me and my therapy practice
Welcome. I’m Aga Kaperek, an integrative therapist with a special focus on supporting neurodivergent adults and young people, including those who are Autistic or ADHD. Whether you are newly diagnosed, exploring self-understanding, or seeking a supportive space, I’m here to help.
Through an integrative approach that draws on cognitive techniques, mindfulness, and creative expression, we’ll shape our sessions around your unique needs. I aim to create a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where you can find support, explore challenges, and work toward a more fulfilling, joyful life.
Practice description
As an integrative therapist, I combine various therapeutic styles and techniques to shape our sessions around your unique needs. My priority is to create a safe, welcoming, and confidential space where you can openly express yourself without fear of judgment.
No matter the challenges, emotional struggles, or uncertainties that have brought you here, therapy offers a chance to be heard and supported as you work towards a life of greater ease, fulfilment, and joy.
Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, collaborating to find the approaches that resonate most with you. Whether through talk therapy, cognitive techniques, mindfulness practices, or creative expression, we’ll uncover the tools that empower you to overcome obstacles and foster meaningful change.
I have a special interest in working with neurodivergent clients, particularly those diagnosed with Autism or ADHD in adulthood—or who may be undiagnosed but seeking support and understanding.
Outside the therapy room, I love gardening, foraging in local woods, and exploring the outdoors with my family. Running is my way to clear my mind and stay grounded after hours spent in the counselling room.
My first session
I offer a free 15-minute telephone or online consultation before the first session to ensure we can work together. This is an opportunity for you to ask me questions and briefly discuss your goals.
I offer long and short-term therapy face-to-face in Taunton as well as ONLINE and over the phone.
