About me and my therapy practice
If you're feeling unable to cope in your day to day life, and need to talk through your thoughts, I'm here to help.
I can help you deal with issues from the past, if you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck or disconnected. If you've experienced trauma or you're struggling with feelings of anxiety, depression or having difficulty in your relationships.
If you feel that you aren’t able to fully express your feelings and are feeling lonely and isolated, I can offer you a place where you feel heard and understood.
It can be hard to deal with feelings and issues alone. I’ll be with you to support you to explore your feelings and the problems you are experiencing in a calm, accepting, non-judgemental space.
We can work together and I can be by your side as you talk about what you need to work through. Talking things through can help you recognise the resources you have within yourself and be able to look to the future.
My experience includes working with depression, anxiety, low self esteem, chronic illness, bereavement, domestic abuse, childhood abuse, sexual abuse, ADHD, autism and trauma.
Beginning counselling is a brave step but can be a huge source of relief, if you'd like to get in contact we can arrange a brief chat to help you decide if counselling is right for you.
