About me and my therapy practice
Are you a busy person or juggling roles of responsibility? I understand your time may be precious. I offer confidential short-term counselling with discounts for NHS, students and over 60s.
My aim is to provide bespoke high quality therapy so that you feel you have spent your time and money wisely. I welcome enquiries for any individual age 18 and over including professionals.
About Me: As well as being a fully qualified counsellor, I am an experienced hospital doctor and have worked in the NHS for more than 20 years. My qualifications include MBACP (Reg), Counselling and Psychotherapy Practice MA (Distinction), FRCP, MBChB, BSc.
Practice description
Practice description: My counselling style is Integrative. I start with a Person Centred Approach, working phenomenologically (appreciating your viewpoint). Additional techniques such as CBT, emotion focussing or transpersonal method may be offered. This is different for each client.

Location: Remote (video conferencing) from anywhere; In person – Liverpool or Wirral. Home-visits can be arranged for clients with mobility concerns - please enquire.
Flexible timings, evenings included.
Sessions: Usually 6-20. Longer term counselling can by offered if appropriate.
