About me and my therapy practice
My name is Michelle, and I am a person-centred counsellor and clinical hypnotherapist. Life can seem unmanageable at times, and you might find yourself reading this because you are dealing with an issue that feels overwhelming. Whatever the reason may be, you are not alone. People seek counselling for different reasons, from stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, childhood trauma and relationship issues, to name but a few. Counselling can support you to help yourself in a way that acknowledges feelings and helps you to understand yourself better, aiding you to make positive lasting changes in your life.
