Hello.
I am Coral, I am a Person centred counsellor - CPCAB trained, and a Registered member of the BACP, qualified, insured and DBS checked.
You might be about to take the first step in finding help for an ongoing issue. Feeling heard, and it being confidential is what we all deserve, but might not be able to find. Counselling is a great chance to express your fears, concerns and explore those issues.

Don't worry that any issue isn't enough to bring to counselling, if it causes you concern, or you want to explore your thoughts or feelings, you are important enough to spend some time on yourself, with support to work through them.

Practice description
I started working with clients, online and via telephone during the pandemic and found it to be really effective. I have continued to offer this to my clients and have had positive feedback from clients about this approach.
It is not easy opening up to a stranger, so I like to spend some time, allowing you to warm up to the therapeutic relationship, taking things at your pace, because you will know when you are ready to explore the issues troubling you, and I will be alongside you, offering you caring support throughout.
My first session
I offer a FREE introductory call to you - then, if you wish we can fill out an assessment to see if we are suitable to work together
We can then, begin sessions once a week for 50 minutes. The amount of sessions you have are entirely your choice - however I suggest a minimum of 6-12.
It is your choice to enter counselling and it is your choice when to leave.
