About me and my therapy practice
I am a person-centred psychotherapist qualified to work with children, adolescents and adults . I work to enable each person's unique way of being in the world. This means that I work to understand and support your unique experience and potential.
I work on a short, medium and long term basis. Although longer term work allows for deeper levels of engagement which can support sustained growth and change, I believe the seeds of healing can be sown in a few short sessions. The therapeutic journey is shaped around your needs.
Practice description
I work in person in Abingdon.
My first session
Embarking on a therapeutic journey can bring about deep change and the relationship between therapist and client lies a the heart of this. This is why it is important to trust your personal sense of "fit"when it comes to choosing a therapist and I encourage you to use the initial sessions to reflect on this as well as on what your hopes are for the work.
