Asking for help from a stranger can be a daunting step. Counseling can provide a safe and supportive environment in which many scary feelings can be explored and worked through.
Could you benefit from someone listening to you so that you feel truly heard?
Do you need a space to explore your thoughts and feelings and figure things out for yourself with my support?
It may be the loss of a loved one person or a pet. The feelings may be leaving you overwhelmed by the loss.
Maybe you’re experiencing unhelpful thoughts around “not being good enough” or “feeling unable to cope”? Or are using work, shopping, exercise, food, drugs, and/or alcohol as a way of coping?
If any of these resonate with you, you are not alone. I can offer you a warm, emphatic, safe, and non-judgmental space where we can work together so you can explore what is going on for you. Whether it is your current situation that is troubling you or something that happened to you in your past.
You are the expert of your life I walk alongside you.

My first session
The first session is an information-gathering session. This allows me to get a better understanding of your difficulties. It also allows you to get to know me and how I work and provides an opportunity for you to ask me any questions you may have.
