I am trained in a number of therapeutic modalities and draw on these to tailor sessions to meet you according to your needs.
I run a small, private practice and see clients in person, or on zoom when required. I also offer outdoor sessions in the calm of Gladstone Park or Hampstead Heath.
I have undertaken four years of training in integrative counselling and psychotherapy at the Minster Centre in London and have a postgraduate diploma in integrative counselling.
Before training as a counsellor, I worked for two decades in the health and wellbeing industries. I hold an MA from Cambridge and an MSc and PhD in Epidemiology and have 15 years experience teaching Iyengar yoga. I have a special interest in helping you live more healthily.
My first session
Our first session is an opportunity for you to get a feel for how it would be to work with me, and for me to find out more about you and why you are seeking therapy. If you then decide you'd like to try working with me, we would agree a suitable time for ongoing sessions.
