I currently have availability for couples counselling, Children and adults. I am able to offer day time and some evening sessions whether this be in person or online from my office based in New Ash Green.

I understand how hard life can be, and as a kind and empathetic person, I am here to support you in a non-judgmental way. In our sessions, I work with whatever you bring, providing a space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, whether individually or as a couple.

For couples, I like to start with an online call so that both of you can decide if I am the right fit. This allows us to create a space where we can listen to each other, be heard, and work together to reach your goals. These sessions last 60 minutes once booked.

For adults, I offer an initial telephone call to help you decide if you feel comfortable working with me, and to ensure I can meet your needs. These sessions last 50 minutes.

When working with children, I begin by speaking with the parents to understand why you are seeking help for your child. My approach with children is tailored to their individual needs, which we will discuss during our initial call. I offer play therapy, talking therapy, or a combination of both. These sessions last up to 45 minutes.

I believe in finding the right approach for each unique individual, as one size does not fit all.

My office is based in New Ash Green. It is a warm, comfortable, and safe space for you to work through whatever you wish to bring. There is parking available on the road and in parking bays. However, please note that I do not have a waiting room.

My rates are-

Single adult or child session £75.00 for 50 mins

Couples session £125.00 for 60 mins

 Our first session together will be a fact-finding session for both of us. This is your opportunity to share everything you would like to work on, and together we can create a plan tailored to your needs. I am happy to offer an initial 15-20 minute telephone or video call to ensure you feel comfortable with me and that I believe I can help you.

After our call, I will send you some paperwork, including a contact information sheet and my working contract. Once you are comfortable with everything, we can schedule your first session.

I currently have availability for in person sessions and online.

My 1-1 sessions are £75.00 per 50 minuets, 45 minuets for under 18's. 

For couples counselling the sessions are 60 minuets and are £125.00

I work at my local hospice, I encounter a wide variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, addiction, end-of-life and life-limiting illnesses, relationship difficulties, self-harm, OCD, and more.

Each client is unique with their own set of concerns and challenges. I provide a confidential, safe, and supportive environment where you can express your thoughts and feelings freely, without judgment, and in your own time. Whether you prefer short-term or long-term counselling, I offer both face-to-face and online sessions to suit your needs.

My counselling room is in my home, it is a nice safe comfortable space for us to be able to speak freely. I also work online. These days our lives are so busy we say we don't have time to help ourselves, this gives you the opportunity to stay in your comfortable space and still get to be able to speak to someone without the added stress of getting there. 

I am happy to do evening appointments online to fit in with your busy days at School, work or at home.

I can offer weekend appointments if required.

During our first session, we will explore how we can work together to meet your needs. I will gather some information from you and explain how I ensure a safe and supportive environment for our sessions.

I run my private practice from my home, I have a separate counselling room that is safe and comfortable so we can speak freely and in confidence.

I also work online via google meet, this enable you to be where you would like to be and not rushing around trying to fit in with work and home life. 

I can offer evening appointments online to fit in with your busy days.
