Hello! I’m Emma, a transpersonal therapist with a focus on stress, self-worth, navigating life changes, relational traumas, and exploring relationships. My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, emphasising the mind-body connection.
I'm committed to providing a safe, supportive, and confidential environment where you can explore your feelings and grow.

I also believe financial constraints should not hinder therapy. I offer a sliding scale fee to accommodate your financial situation as a student. Our sessions are strictly confidential, allowing you to express yourself freely.
Practice description
First steps:
- Get in touch to request a 10-minute introductory call.
- Following the introductory call we can arrange a 50-minute initial session
- Following the initial session, we can then agree on a time and day each week that suits yourself on an open-ended basis.

During your first session, we will open the space for you to get an idea of what you need from therapy and an overall picture of the events leading up to you contacting me.
