About me and my therapy practice
I offer psychotherapy for individuals in English and Portuguese.
I am a Brazilian psychotherapist who moved to England in 2018. My practice is centred on individuals seeking to delve deeper into their challenges.
Over the years, I have gained professional experience supporting clients in various areas of life, particularly with complex family dynamics, parenting challenges, and the intricacies of immigration. I've also been working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, and the long-term effects of childhood trauma. My work highlights the process of individuation, helping clients uncover and align with their true selves through exploration in dialogue.
Practice description
Individuation is a process that requires patience, commitment, and trust. Session by session, we delve deeper into understanding who you are and explore paths to authenticity and meaningful personal growth.
