About me and my therapy practice
As an empath, I have a genuine desire to see people thrive and live their best lives. I possess a deep affinity for the natural world, believing that we are an integral part of it. Our modern, hectic lifestyles often cause significant stress, but I believe profound peace can be found by reestablishing our connection with nature.
I am realistic about the biases and prejudices we all carry, but I genuinely strive to be non-judgmental. I am open and interested in meeting with others who see the world differently than I do, as I believe that diversity of thought and experience enriches our understanding.
I am passionate about learning and am always open to new experiences and knowledge. I find immense joy in working with clients and groups, helping them to recognise their skills, strengths, and abilities to resolve difficult situations and manage trauma.
In my practice, I am fully present for you. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express your honest thoughts and feelings without fear of criticism. My goal is to support you in finding your path to healing and growth, fostering a sense of empowerment and resilience.

Clay Field Therapy® is a unique form of expressive arts therapy that uses clay as a medium for emotional and psychological exploration. Rooted in art therapy principles, it focuses on the tactile and sensory experience of working with clay. Clients engage in molding and shaping a field of clay with their hands during sessions, which helps them express emotions and experiences that may be difficult to communicate verbally. The physical interaction with clay can allow individuals to access deeper emotional states, release pent-up feelings, and gain insight into their internal world.
This therapy is particularly effective for individuals who have experienced trauma. Clay Field Therapy® can be used to address issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and developmental challenges.
Group Experiential Nature Therapy is a healing method that uses hands-on activities in natural environments to promote mental and physical well-being. By leveraging the healing properties of nature, this approach aims to foster a deep connection with the natural world. Experiencing nature can reduce stress, enhance mood, and improve cognitive function, ultimately boosting overall health. Through direct contact with nature, clients often gain a sense of peace and mindfulness, which can be particularly beneficial for managing various psychological conditions.
Talking Therapies, another essential therapeutic approach, involve discussing emotional and psychological concerns in a supportive environment. This process helps individuals understand their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors and develop effective coping strategies for life's challenges. Talking therapy can address issues like depression, anxiety, stress, relationship problems, and trauma. By creating a safe space for open discussion, these therapies allow individuals to explore their inner world, gain valuable insights, and work towards personal growth and healing.
