About me and my therapy practice
The decision to start therapy is an important and often life-changing act of self-care. Continually experiencing physical tension or feeling that you are trapped in repetitive thought patterns can inhibit your ability to set priorities and implement change. Taking the first steps toward making personal changes is often the most challenging part of the journey, but I’m here to provide the support you need to ease yourself into the process.
I believe that every individual holds a natural ability and power to discover healing and personal development within themselves. I endeavour to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic space that will enable you to navigate and surmount any obstacles you may be experiencing.
