About me and my therapy practice
As a therapist, my practice is grounded in my commitment to create a safe, confidential, secure and non-judgemental environment where my clients can freely explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours at a pace that feels right for them.
Creating space for inner experience enables us to trust in our own inner guidance, promoting self-awareness and self-acceptance, allowing us to consider new perspectives and new ways of being. These are essential elements for growth, and any transformative healing process
I possess a wealth of life experience and my strong desire to assist others is matched by my ability to empathise, think creatively, collaborate effectively, and maintain self-awareness. I have excellent active listening skills, am attuned to the needs of others, and exhibit a non-judgemental attitude informed by a comprehensive understanding of intersectionality. I also have a special interest in working with neurodiverse clientele.
Practice description
I am an integrative psychotherapist, which means I combine various therapeutic tools and approaches to serve the needs and goals of my client, and to help identify their core emotional difficulty. My approach is tailor-made for each client as I tune into their unique lived experience.
Additionally, I have a background in the financial and creative industries, thus I have an in-depth understanding of the specific challenges faced by individuals working in those fields.

About me and my therapy practice
As an experienced UKCP accredited and MBACP psychotherapist, my practice is grounded by my comprehensive understanding of intersectionality and my commitment in creating a safe, confidential, secure, and non-judgemental environment where you are able to freely explore your behaviours, thoughts and feelings safely and at a pace that feels right for you.
My background in the creative and financial industries gives me an in-depth understanding of the specific challenges faced by individuals working in those fields. However, my approach is tailor-made for each client as I tune into your unique lived experience. My wealth of life experience, my strong desire to empower others, and my ability to empathise and think creatively, whilst collaborating effectively, and maintaining self-awareness allows me to attune to your needs with a non-judgemental attitude.
As an integrative psychotherapist, I combine various schools of psychotherapy to address your specific needs and goals and to help you identify your core emotional difficulty. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a key element of the process, and I invite you to consider new perspectives and potentially new ways of being by creating space for inner experience. This enables you to trust in your own inner guidance, promoting self-awareness and self-acceptance – these are essential elements for growth and any transformative healing process.
Practice description
I frequently employ Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Therapy (AEDT) in my work. This approach distils the most effective elements of psychodynamic therapy into a more targeted strategy to promote transformation, it emphasises our conscious and unconscious interactions with ourselves and others with an emphasis on the experiential – because just talking about things is not enough: there must be deeper embodiment of change that comes through feeling differently. This is a relatively directive approach, which means the therapist does not take a passive role and is actively engaged and collaborates in the process. My approach though is integrative, and I often employ other modalities such as IFS working with clients distinct ‘parts’, as well as sensorimotor practices, ACT, Mindfulness, and Gestalt chair work.
I specialise in helping individuals and couples navigate a wide range of concerns, including: Depression, anxiety, stress, burnout; trauma; relationship issues; family dynamics and attachment issues; as well as ADHD and Autism (ASD) - I have a particular interest in collaborating with clients who are neurodiverse and offer support to individuals facing challenges such as workplace struggles, relationship difficulties and the grief associated with late diagnosis.
