About me and my therapy practice
I offer a confidential space and time to talk, explore your feelings and help you cope with the uncertainties of life. In our time together, we will explore your inner world to make sense of the circumstances that concern you. I will offer you an empathic, warm, and non-judgmental space to speak. I can help you find ways to work through your problems and become more self-aware to cope with your future life.
My practice is professional and confidential. Respect and openness to diversity and differences are integral to my therapeutic process. I look forward to meeting people and listening to their life stories. Each of us brings a uniqueness to life.
Practice description
I offer short-term therapy lasting between 6 to 12 sessions or long-term, open-ended therapy. Sessions are for 50 minutes, usually at a regular time, once a week, for a minimum of 6 weeks.
I also offer a 90-minute single therapy session to provide the space for focusing on one particular issue of concern. I currently have some availabilitity.
My first session
After a fifteen minute free telephone call we can organise an in-person meeting for a full 50 minute online session. This session is charged at a regular session rate. I do not do a formal assessment, rather it is a time for us to formally meet and to mutually decide to work together.

I offer a confidential space and time to talk, explore feelings and deal with uncertainties or current problems in one’s life. Through our time we will explore together and bring an awareness of your inner world to help make sense out of your particular circumstances that are bringing you concern. I will offer you an empathic, warm, and non-judgmental space to listen to you. Through our reflections we can, together, help you find ways to work through your problems, and become more able and self-aware to cope in your future life.

Practice description
My clients often describe it as the time to explore their feelings and how they engage with their lives. Some clients say it is like doing exercise for your mind. Together in a collaborative approach we take the time to help you identify your unique circumstances and try to find ways to find resolve. My space is non-judgemental and supportive so we can development greater self-confidence and awareness, helping to find ways to cope with your life.
I am familiar working with a wide range of relationship models, familial patterns and gender dynamics.
My first session
I first schedule an introductory phone or on-line call to briefly discuss what you would like to gain from therapy. After our call if you decide you would like to meet we plan for an initial consultation.
The first session is a consultation and lasts 50 – 90 minutes. This initial consultation is for us to meet, discuss your concerns and what you would like to achieve from therapy. Our first consultation allows you to discuss your current concerns further. It offers you the opportunity for you to decide if therapy with me could be helpful and if I am able to provide you with the therapy you need.
This session is not a commitment to continued therapy, at the end we decide together if you think further appointments would be beneficial.
