About me and my therapy practice
Therapy is about being seen and supported in a safe space. I work warmly, and respectfully, always listening, and working with you to tackle what brings you to therapy.

*As a mixed race woman, a specialist part of my work is supporting clients from racial minorities. This may involve working with racial trauma, racism in the work place, generational change, exploring cultural identity, immigrant or migrant support, intergenerational trauma.

I offer a free assessment session to find out what you are looking for support with, and for you to ask any questions you may have of me and the therapeutic process.
