I offer an initial 45 minute free online introduction session together. This time is a space where we can talk a bit more about what’s been going on for you, answer any questions you may have and to see how we might work together to best support you.


Face to Face: I work from two locations, Bookham and Leatherhead. Sessions are £55.00 for 50 minutes.

Online: Sessions are held either by Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp or FaceTime. Sessions are £55.00 for 50 minutes.

Telephone: Sessions are £55.00 for 50 minutes.

Walk and Talk: Sessions are £65.00 for 1 hour. These sessions can be held in surrounding areas to Leatherhead, Ashtead, Cobham and Bookham. Where we meet can be agreed in our introduction/ first session.

I offer both short and long-term counselling.

My working pattern is:

Monday-Thursday: 10am-9pm

Friday: 10am-1pm

Saturday: 10am-1pm.

I offer flexible session times to work around your life commitments.

Hello, my name is Francesca. I offer support to people experiencing many different worries including anxiety, anger, and low self-esteem.

I am an integrative counsellor, meaning that I tailor the way I work to fit your needs.

Our sessions are client led, meaning it is your space and time that can be used exploring whatever you wish to bring, working at a pace that is right for you.

I offer a confidential, safe, and non-judgemental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.

I hold the therapeutic relationship at the heart of our work together and I approach my work with warmth, honesty and the greatest of care. I create a trusting space, in which you feel supported, valued, and listened to.

I am a bereavement, grief and loss informed counsellor, having undergone training to enhance my knowledge of the different types of grief and loss people can experience and how best to support them.

Grief is often associated with the loss of a loved one, whereas grief can apply to every area of our lives. Anything from losing a precious item to a beloved pet.

I have experienced grief and loss myself and understand these effect everyone in different ways. I understand there is no right or wrong way to process a loss and I offer a space to explore yours with you.


Creative Counselling

Creative counselling combines talking therapy with creative techniques. They can offer support to communicate thoughts and feelings you find difficult to put into words.

The creative technique we work with are tailored to support your specific needs. I will explore these with you first to make sure you comfortable using them.

Some of these creative techniques can include:

• Working with images/ photos/ symbols

• Painting/ drawing

• Nesting dolls

• Collages

• Creative journaling
