I use an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring techniques from different therapeutic models to suit your unique needs. My practice draws on:
• Psychodynamic Therapy: Helping you explore and understand how past experiences shape your current emotions and behaviors.
• Person-Centred Therapy: Offering a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can openly express yourself and feel truly heard.
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): Working with you to identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns that may be impacting your well-being.

I have a special focus on supporting Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) and Empaths, understanding the unique challenges you face in a busy, overwhelming world. Together, we’ll explore ways to embrace your sensitivity and discover tools to help you thrive with confidence and balance.

I offer culturally sensitive counselling that honours your background and values. I can also speak Panjabi, allowing me to support those who feel more comfortable in their native language. My approach is centered on supporting you as you reconnect with your own cultural and spiritual beliefs, providing guidance as you navigate life’s challenges with authenticity and resilience.

Taking the first step towards counselling can be daunting, but I’m here to make the process as comfortable as possible. I offer a free, non-obligatory 20-minute initial consultation so we can get to know each other and determine whether we’re a good fit for working together.
I offer flexible availability to suit your schedule, and our sessions can be short-term or open-ended, depending on your needs and goals.
