I am Kadiatu Banful, a licensed and certified Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in London, United Kingdom. I hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Goldsmiths, University of London.
With over seven years of professional experience and more than 1,000 individual therapy sessions, I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, fostering an understanding of the universal capacity for resilience and change.

My first session
In your first session, we will work together to set the foundation for our time together. You will be asked to complete an initial assessment form, which helps me understand your needs and goals. We will also go through the contract together, covering important details such as scheduling, fees, cancellation policies, and session frequency.
This session is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions about the process, clarify expectations, and share any concerns you may have. My goal is to create a comfortable space where you feel supported and confident as we begin this journey together.
