About me and my therapy practice

Hi I’m Hayley, an intuitive and compassionate Therapist. I am passionate about helping and supporting you deal with any issues causing you emotional distress or discomfort. I offer a calm, safe space to facilitate healing where you will be listened to, valued and heard.

As an Integrative Therapist, I draw on a wide range of theories to form a holistic tailored approach to suit your needs. It is important for me to understand your as an individual and how you fit into your world along with your values, experience and culture.

My approach is to encourage and gently guide you to explore whatever is on your mind so you can facilitate self awareness, understand how you relate to others and how you navigate through your life.

It would be a privilege to work alongside you to help you heal and create a life that is fulfilling and meaningful for you.

Please check out my website for more info.

Practice description

I know from personal experience taking the first step towards help can feel daunting. Therefore, I aim to make sure you feel welcome and at ease.

I am a fully qualified Therapist and member of the BACP.   I have a range of experience working with clients at a local mental health charity and with the NHS.

In addition to my Counselling qualifications, I bring over 20 years of professional experience and expertise from my background in Corporate HR advice/coaching, in both the public and private sector.

I work with adults, face to face, online and by telephone.

I work at Sapphire Practice rooms with other Therapists in Southernhay, Exeter. It is a welcoming, tranquil space overlooking Southernhay gardens and the Cathedral. There is on-street parking outside.

My first session

I offer a free 20 minute initial phone conversation where we can discuss what has brought you to counselling and what you may require from our working together.  It’s also opportunity for you to ask any questions.

If we agree we are able to work together, we can then book in a first session.
