About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m Jacqueline, an Integrative Therapist, trauma-informed practitioner, and accredited counsellor with the RNIB. Based in the City of London, I provide a compassionate, inclusive space for those navigating life’s challenges.
A Therapist with a Broad Perspective
My path to therapy was shaped by a diverse career. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a designer, lived in Bhutan, and later supported charities as a trainer, coach, and manager. These experiences deepened my understanding of resilience, connection, and self-compassion.
A late dyslexia diagnosis gave me personal insight into neurodivergence, while single parenthood taught me firsthand the joys and challenges of raising a child. These lived experiences help me make therapy a deeply human, rather than purely clinical, process.
A Safe, Inclusive Space
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel truly seen and heard. Inclusivity is central to my work, and I am committed to supporting individuals from underrepresented and marginalised communities. Whatever your background, you are welcome here.
Professional Ethics & Commitment
As a registered member of the BACP, I adhere to its ethical framework, ensuring trust, respect, and care in our work together. I am fully insured and have data protection coverage to safeguard your confidentiality.
If you seek a therapist who offers warmth, understanding, and a deep appreciation for your unique journey, I’d love to hear from you.
Practice description
Compassionate and Relational Therapy to Support Your Growth
I believe that the relationship we build together as client and therapist is at the heart of meaningful change. In our work, you will find a safe, non-judgemental space where you are truly heard, respected, and valued.
Through therapy, we can explore the impact of your earliest relationships and life experiences on your current challenges. I offer warmth, empathy, and deep support, helping you work through feelings of shame, self-worth struggles, or past and present emotional wounds. I believe in your ability to grow and change, and I am here to walk alongside you on that journey.
