Video or telephone
If you prefer, I also offer sessions online via video call or telephone if you would like the session to take place in the privacy of your own home.
Text message/email therapy
If you prefer not to be on a video platform, I offer text message/email therapy for those who like to communicate via live chat.
Face to Face
I work face-to-face. I have an office space in St Annes where we can have sessions and a cosy office space in my garden where we can have sessions.
About me and my therapy practice
Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting, but I'm here to guide you through any obstacles you may face. I aim to help you better understand yourself and cope with change. You will learn that being vulnerable is a strength.
Sometimes we need someone to listen to us and validate our feelings.
I have had therapy!
As a child, I experienced trauma and could not regulate my emotions, so I had therapy. Therapy helped me to understand myself in ways I never thought possible. Throughout my life, I have experienced life-debilitating anxiety. I have managed to control my stress from the knowledge I have learned about how our minds and bodies work.
Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship or feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support.
Practice description
I offer a free 30-minute session for all.
I also offer play for children of school age- £75 per session.
I offer face-to-face therapy in my therapy room in Lytham St Annes for £55 per session.
I offer video\telephone therapy for £55 per session.
I offer live chat therapy for £35 per session or three for £90. (live chat is for those struggling with speaking to someone face to face or via video\telephone).
