About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP-registered counsellor with a degree in Psychology and over seven years of experience, supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse, working with Victim Support. I offer a warm, non-judgmental, and supportive space where you can feel safe to explore whatever challenges you are facing.
My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative. I will work with you at your own pace, helping you to reflect, build resilience, and move towards emotional wellbeing.
In addition to my private practice, I currently work as a therapist for a women’s rights charity, Barnardo’s, and as a staff counsellor at a counselling centre in North London.
