I work Mondays - Saturdays.
I can offer evening slots on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
I provide virtual sessions only from my home office on Tuesdays.
I offer fortnightly only slots on Saturdays and Monday mornings (I work every other Saturday and Monday morning).
About me and my therapy practice
Having had plenty of my own struggles and lots of personal counselling, I know how important it is to be listened to, understood and have someone who provides you with empathy and a trusting relationship. My main goal is to offer these core values for my clients and create a warm, calming environment in our counselling sessions.
I have experience of working with anxiety, depression, stress, PTSD, shame, low self-esteem, IBS, loss, grief, bereavement, unpaid carers, trauma, relationship issues and more.
I work with individuals aged 18+ both in person or virtually (Zoom or telephone).
Practice description
I have a comfy private therapy room located in Newport Pagnell. Blankets, cushions and water are provided to make sure you feel comfortable, there is access to a toilet in the building and plenty of free parking nearby.
Please note that the therapy room is located up a flight of stairs and there is no lift in the building. I offer Online and Phone sessions as an alternative.
My first session
I offer a free 30 minute chat via Zoom or over the phone. We can use this time to discuss what you want to get from counselling, how I work and determine if you want to start counselling sessions with me.
