About me and my therapy practice
I understand asking for help is never easy. That's why my warm and collaborative approach creates a safe, confidential space where you have the freedom to share anything, without judgement. As an Integrative Therapist in my 30s, I understand that everyone is different and needs support in different ways.
I will work with you, to find out how I can support you best. Collaboration is important to me as a therapist, as you are your life expert. We will work together to support you in becoming unstuck.
As a practitioner of Integrative Therapy and Counselling, my experience covers a range of counselling practises, including Person Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Transactional Analysis. I employ these practices to find out how I can best support you on your journey.
I have supported individuals of varying ages through difficult times in their lives. I have done this over several years from within my Practice, and time spent working at Trafford Carers Centre and Finding Rainbows.
If you would like to reach out, I am more than happy to speak with you on a 15-minute introductory call to get a sense of what is going on, and see if I am the right counsellor for you.
Practice description
I have a calming therapy room at Labyrinth House, Stockport, Manchester where we can meet face-to-face, or I can support anyone, anywhere online. After a free consultation, my standard fee is £45 per session. I can make arrangements depending on financial circumstances.
I offer in-person counselling in Stockport, Manchester or online through video calls or telephone to wherever you are in the world. If you'd like to experience walk-and-talk therapy, we can step out into nature.
