I have slots for face to face in both Richmond and Twickenham locations, and can also offer online, I mainly work during the day but can offer a limited number of evening sessions.
About me and my therapy practice
Experienced Psychotherapist with a Passion for Helping Others
I offer adult psychodynamic psychotherapy on a short or long term basis, I am trained to work with any mental health concerns that you might have and have worked with a diverse group of people.
I have worked in the NHS for a number of years and also have experience working in charitable organisations as I believe passionately that the cost of therapy should not stand in the way of you getting the help you need. Please reach out to me if you are concerned about cost it is something I am happy to discuss.
My style of working is to look at both your past and what is happening to you now, and think with you about if they are linked. I work collaboratively, the sessions are about us working together, and this might mean discussing what its like to work with me too.
I have worked with a variety of people including (but not limited to) the LGBTQ community (including transitioning), Personality Disorders, having more than one diagnosis at a time, Depression, Anxiety, Learning Disabilities (such as ADHD and ASD), relationship problems, parenting concerns (including parents of multiples), bereavement and older adult (people over 60).

Practice description
My main practice is in the heart of Richmond and very easy to find, I also have a space in Twickenham just by the green, and can accommodate seeing you at either location. If you are unsure of in person sessions, we can always start online together and see how we go.
My first session
My initial session would be a phone or a zoom call, to check diary timings and to have a brief chat about what you are hoping to work on, and how long you would like to be in therapy (if you know) this is free and normally lasts 20-30 minutes. Then normally I would invite you to join my in a session to see how we work together, from there we can decide what would be best for us both.
