About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified and UKCP accredited supervisor offering online nationally, and face to face supervision in Preston and Lytham areas. I have been in practice for over 15 years following a career in business and behaviour change strategy. I am a supportive supervisor and can help you to explore your case work, self development and assist you with your practice building. As your supervisor I will help you by being an impartial third party, assisting you to eradicate the risk of serious oversights and helping you to reflect on your own feelings, thoughts, behaviours and general approach to work. I will also offer feedback and guidance on your therapeutic work and professional development. Feel free to contact me for an introductory chat so that we can get to know each other.
Practice description
I work from my therapy room in Preston and office in Lytham and also work with supervisee's nationally online. It is important to feel you have a supervisor is very approachable, and who not only assists you with your practice but who is there to support you in your self-development.
My first session
Our work usually starts with a free Zoom chat or call so that I can get to know a little about you, how you wish to work and to answer any queries you might have about myself and how supervision sessions will work. After that we might arrange our first session and commence our work together. We review our work as we progress to ensure you are getting what you need from supervision.
