What I Offer
Psychodynamic therapy offers the opportunity to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences to better understand yourself. It can help you uncover what might be holding you back or keeping you stuck, overwhelmed or unhappy in life.
I work with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, loss and bereavement, self esteem and confidence issues, as well as those wishing to make sense of life and find a greater sense of meaning and purpose.
My approach is especially helpful for those struggling with difficult early life experiences which are impacting current relationships, family life, work or emotional life.
Regular, weekly sessions offer you a safe and supportive space within which to make sense of yourself and your experiences and be guided towards personal growth, healing and a greater sense of meaning and purpose.
