About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified relationship counsellor. I work with couples and individuals as well. I have experience in various area such as anxiety, depression, loss, trauma, relationships, affairs and self-esteem. I can offer a safe, confidential space where you can explore your feelings and thoughts about your relational or personal issues.

Practice description

I work in an integrative way, draw on different types of therapeutic approaches such as Psychodynamic, Narrative, Person-Centred and Systemic. I adapt my approach to my clients’ needs which enables us to work on complex and difficult issues.

My first session

First 15 minutes session is free.
