About me and my therapy practice
I have been working with children, young people, adults and families for over 17 years in a variety of settings including children's centres, schools, children's homes and charities.
I have a particular interested and extensive experience of working with developmental and relational trauma, sexual harm, domestic violence and attachment difficulties.
In addition to supporting you with trauma I regularly work with cliets experiencing a variety of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, self-harm, relationships and life transitions; and am experienced in working with neuodivergent clients of all ages.
Talking about the way we feel isn’t always easy. As an integrative therapist I'm able to adapt the way I work to create an approach that’s right for you, using play and creative approaches, as well as talking therapies, to support you to explore your experiences and emotions in a safe, caring and confidential space.
You'll regularly find an abundance of toys and creative resources such as clay, sand trays, art and craft supplies and story cards in the therapy room for you to use as much or as little as you like.
