About me and my therapy practice
I believe in creating a therapeutic space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and feelings at their own pace. Through psychodynamic counselling, we work together to understand how past experiences might influence present-day challenges, helping to bring unconscious patterns into awareness. This understanding can lead to meaningful and lasting change.
This informal conversation gives you the opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of how we might work together. It's also a chance for us to ensure that my approach aligns with your needs.
