About me and my therapy practice
Finding a therapist online can be an overwhelming and daunting prospect; it is important you find the right fit for you.
I offer a warm and welcoming space to explore your concerns, difficult or painful thoughts and experiences, which may be hard to process on your own. I believe each individual has a unique story; with empathy, non-judgement and openness, we can investigate the issues you feel are holding you back from reaching your full potential.
I practice an integrative approach, which means I adapt my therapeutic style to suit your needs and presenting issues. For example, it may be valuable to use CBT to identify patterns in thoughts and behaviour and explore the meaning attached to certain situations. Or it may be helpful to work in a psychodynamic approach, freely exploring how past relationships, experiences, and trauma may impact your present relationships and attachments. We will work collaboratively, having regular reviews of what you are finding useful or not, to ensure you get the most out of your sessions. I work at a pace you feel comfortable with; this is your time.
My main aim is that you feel more at ease with yourself, gain autonomy and are more at peace with your past and present experiences.

About me and my therapy practice
As you consider finding a therapist online, it's crucial to find someone who understands your unique story and makes you feel comfortable. I create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your concerns and difficult experiences with ease.
Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, loneliness, or anger, tackling these issues alone can be overwhelming and even frightening. With therapy, you can start to rebuild that sense of connection with yourself.
I practice an integrative approach, which means I tailor my therapeutic style to fit your needs and presenting issues. I may use CBT to help you identify patterns in your thoughts and behaviours, or draw from a psychodynamic approach and facilitate exploration into how past experiences affect your present relationships and attachments. We'll work together to ensure that you get the most out of your sessions.
I view therapy as a collaborative process in which you are an active participant in your own healing and growth. I believe that creating a safe space where you can be open and honest helps you explore and concur the issues that you feel are holding you back.
My ultimate goal is to help you feel more at ease with yourself, gain autonomy, and find greater peace with your past and present experiences.
