Training and qualifications
I am a qualified integrative counsellor with an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling from the Iron Mill College in Exeter. I am a registered member of the BACP.
I have volunteered for a counselling charity and have also worked with the charity MIND working with those who have experienced Bereavement.
I am currently undertaking the diploma training in Specialist Psychotherapy for those who has experienced Boarding school in childhood
I also have a particular interest in mid life transition for women and their partners experiencing the Peri menopause and Menopause.
You may like to know I have 24 years of experience working within the NHS a Registered Nurse.

Why Therapy.
Perhaps life has become anxious, overwhelming and you feel low or depressed , you may want to make a change in your life but are unsure how to go about doing this. Maybe you struggle to relate to yourself and others and communication is difficult, these can get in the way of realising your full potential and your happiness.
